Soni Fireworks will have limited liabilities to any injuries sustained while using the products as all consumers are purchasing these products at their own risk. We do not allow the sale to any underage buyers and will not be held accountable if a consumer misrepresents information to acquire goods online. Consumers purchase goods at their own risk and acknowledge and agree to these terms when purchasing goods.

Refund policy
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 10% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 14 calendar days.
To initiate a return, please write to us at [email protected], with the subject line “Return for Order #”. Please provide a description of what you will be returning and we will provide confirmation within 1-2 working days. Returns are at your own expense, However, if you are based in Durban you may return your order yourself at our Chatsworth Store – simply email us to arrange.
If order based outside of Durban, Once you have shipped the order, please email customer care with a tracking number. You are responsible for shipping or dropping off your return. Alternatively, we may assist by arranging our courier service to collect.
After receiving and inspecting the item, you will receive an email confirming the outcome of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. Please allow time for this to reflect in your account.
